For the money, particularly on sale, probably the best in its class. I bought mine after much research for general home use and am impressed with the quality and strength of the saw. My first project was ripping precision 8 foot window trim inserts. It performed flawlessly. The stand is large, well built and very heavy, the fence is precise and accurate within hobby tolerances or better, it has a micro adjustment wheel on the fence and an accurate table scale, The mitre is accurate and is made of metal, the stand wheels are real rubber and it is well made and judging by the factory correction on the mitre, quality controlled. I am very happy over all with the saw.

Advantages: For the features and apparent quality, well built and needed no adjustment. Used right from the box after assembly. Very powerful motor. Easy to assemble and lots of on frame storage. Metal fence is strong and easy to check alignment. Scale on the table is accurate. Mitre is tighter then other low cost table saws. Very solid and heavy, you won't push this one around nor knock it over while ripping lumber. My Shop vac (15 gal) fit the dust pick up perfectly and there was virtually no mess on the floor.

The weight is an advantage as well as a disadvantage. Needs 2 people to easily lift it but it rolls very easy. The assembly instructions for the folding stand are a little vague about how and where the friction washers go on the stand but not hard to figure out.

This is a great power tool that came on sale just when I was in the market to buy a table saw.

I fall into the "Hobbyist" category: working out of the garage and occasionally outside in the driveway.

This is my second table saw I have ever owned or worked with. What a huge difference from the lowly $140 Mastercraft table saw I have been using for the past 4 years!!!

I actually have exactly 90 deg vertical cuts (unlike the 88 deg from MC) and long rips don't pinch behind the blade/riving knife and fence.

Buying from this site saved me 10% right off the bat with the 5% HST. In Quebec, we pay 15% on everything. The table saw also was delivered straight into my garage within 3 days, despite the cold and snowy days we had.

Advantages: What I personally like about the KC5100C are the fine adjustments available on the fence, the quality blade it came with, and the ability to effortlessly roll it around in it's stand. I also like the metal throat plates and miter gauge.

I also like the fact that the front to rear alignment of the blade is set above the table with 4 hex screws sunk into the top.

Disadvantages: I would like to have seen a rear outfeed extension such as what my old table saw had. Additional push sticks would have been nice to have, although I personally have plenty following the 11 stitches and a lot of pain to my little finger. :))
