No Hassle Returns for 30 days

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, you may return the product within 30 days for a full credit or exchange, whichever you prefer. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


The Fine Print

  • Returned products must be in 'saleable' condition.  All original accessories & original packaging must be included along with the manuals (if applicable).
  • Products that show signs of use or abuse or that have been modified, damaged etc. are not eligible under our No-Hassle Return policy. Please see our Warranty information below.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.  However, if you receive an item in error on our part, the shipping charges are on us.


The Process

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping.  There are several ways to obtain an RMA number and have your return processed quickly:

  • Log into your ToolTown account and navigate to My Account > Order history and select the order in question.  If eligible, there will be a 'Create Return' link at the top of the order to request an RMA number.
  • Contact Customer Care by phone at 888.665.8696 or by e-mail by selecting the following link: RMA Request.
  • Once you receive your RMA number you will have to prepare the item for shipping.  Please clearly mark the package with your RMA number and send it to the address you were provided.  That's it!  Once we receive the package and inspect the goods, your return will be processed.


Warranty Information

If your product is covered by a Manufacturer's warranty, please contact them directly to locate the nearest warranty depot.  If your product is not covered by a Manufacturer warranty, then it is covered by ToolTown Inc.

As with any warranty, such things as alterations, modifications or damage from misuse, abuse or negligence are not covered under our warranty.  Most products carry a 1 (one) year Limited Warranty to be free from manufacturer defects from the original purchase date.  Hand Tools carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty.


How can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel your order prior to it being processed for a full refund. To do this please fill out the contact us form with your order # & a brief description of what you would like to change or if you would simply like to cancel your order. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
