For caulking and sealing windows and door perimeters, siding and trim, corner joints, pipes, moldings, vents, baseboards and ducts. Adheres to wood brick, glass, metal, plaster, drywall, and painted surfaces. Prevents air and moisture from passing through cracks and joints. Provides flexibility to resist expansion and contraction without cracking. Mildew resistant. Paintable with latex and oil-based paints. Exceeds ASTM Specifications C-834.
